The incision is looking good, but I am concerned about all of the puffiness and swelling underneath the incision.
I’m keeping an eye on it.
She has been wanting to move around a lot today. Having to work at making her stay down and rest.
Looks like a perfectly normal seroma developing. The fluid should all reabsorb, but it may need to be drained. Many dogs experience leakage too. We had to have Jerry’s drained once. Don’t miss our video interview with Dr. Pam describing seromas (and other common complications) in more detail.
